When stress feels overwhelming, it can be hard to find our way back to calm. I've created this 5-session relaxation therapy programme to help you do just that - a gentle, supportive space where you'll learn practical tools to manage stress and find moments of stillness in your everyday life.
Over the course of five 45-minute sessions, we'll work together to explore simple but powerful, science backed techniques that can help move you out of 'fight or flight' mode and into the relaxation response or 'rest & digest'.
The aim is to give you practical tools you can use long after our time together - so you feel better equipped to manage life's stresses and reconnect with a sense of calm.
