I studied Facial Reflexology and Advanced Facial Reflexology with renowned therapist and trainer Ziggie Bergman at the London School of Reflexology. Ziggie Bergman is the UK's leading expert in facial reflexology with over 20 years experience as a holistic practitioner and is the founder of Bergman Method Facial Reflexology, a pioneering treatment combining Native American healing techniques with Asian body maps that chart the reflex and traditional reflexology zone therapy.
Facial reflexology is based on the same principles as foot and hand reflexology, however the focus of this treatment is on the reflex points located on the face.
The face provides a beautiful and precise tool to read what is going on within the body's internal organs, central nervous system and neuro-biological system. The face's proximity to the brain and cranial nerves makes facial reflexology exceptionally powerful in impacting the body system.

Please note that Facial Reflexology is contraindicated within the first 3 weeks of having Botox or Facial Fillers and within the first 3 months of any facial surgery including facelift surgery.
