All treatments will require a consultation prior to your first appointment, where we will discuss your medical history and general health to enable me to ensure that treatment is suitable for you and to understand what your expectations are from the treatment, therefore please allow more time for your first session. When you book your first treatment with me please select the ‘New Client - Foot Reflexology’ option in my online booking system. This will book a 90 minute session to include approx 30 minute consultation time and 50 minute treatment session with 10 minutes for aftercare advice.
All subsequent treatments include a 10 minute consultation and aftercare advice and times stated are approximate. I allow plenty of time between appointments so that you don't feel rushed.
Foot Reflexology

Foot cleanse followed by a bespoke reflexology treatment for your specific needs including gentle massage movements and the application of pressure to different reflex points on both feet to give a holistic relaxing and re-balancing treatment.
Advanced Facial Reflexology - £37

Bergman Method Facial Reflexology with Tropic Elixir Facial Oil. A deeply relaxing, therapeutic treatment with all the benefits of traditional foot reflexology but with the unique benefit of a glowing complexion.
Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) - £37

A specialist reflexology technique researched and developed by award winning reflexologist Sally Kay focusing on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. Initially developed to relieve symptoms of secondary lymphoedema associated with breast cancer and can also be helpful in the management of other conditions relating to the immune system.
RLD is available as a standalone treatment. I would suggest an initial schedule of weekly treatment sessions for 4 weeks. Follow up sessions can then be arranged as and when required
Luxury Reflexology

For the ultimate in relaxation! Enjoy a deeply relaxing facial reflexology session followed by a rebalancing foot reflexology treatment. Available as 60 and 90 minute sessions .

I accept payment by debit or credit card or bank transfer.
Gift Vouchers
Paper Gift vouchers are available for a specific treatment or a monetary value. Electronic gift vouchers are available using the Gift Up! link below. I also offer physical gift voucher cards. Please contact me to arrange payment and allow time for the voucher to be collected/ delivered.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for products or cash. They can be passed on to a 3rd party if you feel you will not use your voucher, however, all treatments are subject to consultation.

Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation charge of the full cost of your treatment.
Healthcare Cover
Some employers or private healthcare providers enable you to claim back all or part of your treatment fees. Please check with your policy provider prior to booking your treatment and let me know if you intend to make a claim and I will prepare a letter headed receipt for you.
